Mousse de Chocolate e Abacate :: Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Please scroll down for English version

This mousse was already the queen in these famous tartlets, but for Observador (a digital Portuguese newspaper) I decided to do an article all to herself, so she could shine alone as any queen deserves. If you're new to this blog and are wrinkling your brow at the thought of avocado and chocolate together, I strongly advice you to stick around, because at the first spoonful of this mousse you'll be completely surrendered to this match made in a sweet, sweet paradise.

This is probably the easiest chocolate mousse in the world, incredibly rich, creamy and full of super powers in a delicious combination of cacao's antioxidants with the healthy fats from avocado. Know all about them here and here.

Who can resist a dessert filled with so many good things? Ok... Try not to eat it for breakfast, or go ahead and do it! It's that good!
